  • What is Just Call Scott?

    Just Call Scott is a veteran owned company that removes unwanted items from your home or business. Typically, an estimate can be given over the phone except in certain circumstances. We know that when you reach out to us you want to know the price and time frame that you can get your job done so instead of making multiple appointments to come and look at the job, then you having to wait for an estimate and then schedule the appointment, we simply give you a price or price range over the phone and then schedule for us to come out.

  • What do you do with the items you remove?

    There are multiple answers to this but in short, we try to give back to the community. We work with local ministries and charities and donate a lot of items. We also work to fulfill people's wishes through the Junk Genie, more information on the Junk Genie tab. There are so many people that are in need of things, and we try to position ourselves in the right areas to help fulfill those needs. We also resale some things at extremely discounted prices to young startup businesses owners that have online or brick and mortar stores that are trying to succeed in the business world.

  • Do you pick up junk for free?

    No, we have minimum job charges for all items.

  • What items will you take?

    About anything that you have stuffed in your garage, attic, house, business, etc. We cannot take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, medical or biological waste, or asbestos.

  • What items can you not take?

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes

  • What forms of payment to you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment.
